If you want a boat ride that you can bring your food, beverages, booze and even a pet! This is the boat ride for you. He even let us drive the boat for a bit and coached us on driving it. Also took us to view the beautiful homes, yachts and small islands around.

Rental Requirements: Our deck boat can accommodate up to 6 passenger with or without a Captain on board. Please note that Coast Guard regulates that all ages count as a passenger. That includes children of all ages no exceptions*** Frequently Asked Questions 1. How long are your boat rental lengths? Rental options include half day (4 hour rental), full day (8 hour rental) as well as multiple days. Although we do require a reservation, it is highly recommended. All reservation fees are for securing the pontoon boat and the rental date(s). 2. Do you require a security deposit? The security deposit is $200.00 No charge will be made unless there is damage or a contractual agreement such as a cleaning charge if required of $45.00. Please note that the contract signer and the payor of the deposit must be the same person. 3. What is your payment policy? Payments are made in full when making a reservation. Payments are for the rental of the boat only. Payments exclude fuel, cleaning, & Florida Taxes expense. Additional Toy Rentals such as Floating Island, Kayak, BBQ grill may be made at the time of reservation. 4. Do you have a Cancellation Policy? We require 7 days when cancelling or moving a reservation. More than 7 days the rental fee will be refunded & there is no charge. Less than 7 days or if you do not show your rental fee will not be refunded & you will be charged the full rental fee. You understand and agree to this when making the reservation. Weather: We reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel a reservation without notice if we deem for severe weather conditions to include, heavy rain, winds, hurricane, Intercostal conditions to be unsafe or mechanical failure. We will do our best to provide as much notice as possible when this happens but often weather conditions aren’t known until the time of the reservation. 5. What if the boat gets damaged? You will be assuming full financial responsibility for any damage that may occur and those assessed damages will be charge to you. There will be a required sign-off sheet completed & a sign-in sheet upon return to note any damage. 6. Do I need to gas the boat? GAS IS NOT INCLUDED & Florida Taxes 7% sales tax. The Pontoon Boat is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel Ethanol Free Marine Fuel should be used. Please Do Not put regular Gas it might damage engine. You are responsible for damages occurred to outboard engine if regular fuel is utilized. Florida Taxes 7% sales tax is not included in the rate. 7. What is the Minimum Age to rent your boats? Rentals are limited to adults age 21 and older with a valid auto driver’s license. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to those who, in our sole opinion, may present a danger to themselves or others. Requirements & Regulations Anyone born on or after January 1, 1989 must have passed a boater safety course and have in her/his possession a valid photographic I.D. Card in order to operate a Boat or Jet Ski. Refer to boat-ed/florida. to obtain a temporary card. Life jackets should be worn at all times for children 6 and under. 8. Boat Restrictions The deck Boat is to be used on the Intracoastal Only. It cannot be taken on the ocean under any circumstances. 9. Where can/can’t I take the boat? You are allowed to cruise from the Miami Downtown Biscayne area up to Fort Lauderdale area. 10. What is the occupancy limit of your boat? Maximum capacity is 6 persons. With a Captain on board are limited to no more than 6 persons and each person must be counted individually regardless of age no exceptions. We regret that we cannot allow you to switch passengers during your trip or allow you to have other extra visitors on your boat. 11. What is a good arrival time for the Boat Rental? Clients renting the boat should arrive at the boat location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure to allow for paperwork & boat inspection. We will not honor no refunds for boats returned earlier than scheduled. Additional late fee of $35.00 are applied if the boat is returned back 20 minutes late. 12. Can I take pets on board? Yes pets welcome! 13. Smoking, Food & Drinking allowed on the boat? While we do provide ash trays on the Boat for those that smoke, we ask that you do so on the deck in consideration of future guests. Food & beverages can be taken on board. Designated driver is prohibited from drinking while driving the boat. 14. Are there any items not allowed on the boat? No fireworks, weapons or any other dangerous materials are allowed on any rental units. We are not responsible for any loss of cruising time due to mechanical failure, weather, intercostal conditions, and personal illness or accidents of renter. 15. What should I do when I come across other boaters? Stay away from other boaters. Do not cross in front of another boater. 16. Can I pull the boat up on the shore/beach? No, shoring the boat is not allowed. You must anchor off-shore. Stay away from shallow waters and rocks otherwise It will damage bottom paint of the boat and crash propeller. Please Please Please do not shore on islands and beaches! Any violation of any of the above and foregoing requirements shall constitute a breach of this agreement and lessor is entitled to immediate possession of the rented vessel and lessee forfeits the remainder of any time allotted on the rented vessel and the security deposit thereon. This condition is without exception. Thank you!
