Gene and Crystal were both friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our rental. Crystal was especially responsive and helpful, and Gene genuinely cared about making sure we had a positive experience. We enjoyed our time on Lake Gaston and appreciated their customer service. We had a fantastic time celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday with her friends on Falls Lake. Jeff made sure all the teens had fun and felt safe. He took care of everything so all we had to do was show up and have fun! Looking forward to next time!

Jeff was not only an amazing captain, but his boat was so much fun. I highly recommend having him captain for you. It took the pressure off of us having to man the boat. This is our third time renting with Gene. Gene and Crystal are great hosts. The Mackerel is a wonderful vessel. We fit 12 people comfortably. The condition is top notch and we appreciate the extra amenities like the wake board and tube. Would not hesitate to recommend.
