Due to confusion around late arrival times. Your booking time starts at the scheduled time if you are late it doesn't mean your booking moves with your tardiness. I have a schedule to keep and other clients standing by to board the vessel upon the completion of your scheduled bookings. If I don't have another booking directly after, I will try to accommodate with extending time within reason. There are financial penalties for arriving after your scheduled time $50 per five min this ensures the next client is compensated for your tardiness and their inconvenience. I have only had to enforce this once in 6 years and hopefully it's the only time. I do everything in my ability to provide the knowledge and communication to prevent this situation. If there are weather concerns that jeopardize the safety of the client i will terminate the trip. I will not terminate the trip if there's minor weather events possible it will not effect the scheduled booking, its Florida we get rain for 15 min and then its a beautiful day. In most cases its not a reason to terminate the trip. ill first reschedule your booking if possible and or refund your money 2nd. We strive for a quality experience for all !!!
