Welcome and Thank You for your interest in our Moomba Boat! We are excited to host you on a wonderful day on the water. We Deliver To You. Let us know your location. We provide lifevests, safety equipment, and optional watertubes, ropes & wakeboard. You get a full tank of gas. Customer pays for gas. $150 for a full tank. Towing & launching & retrieving fee applies. Can be $100 or more depending on the reservation. Towing & launching fee is due upon arrival. Note:For same day reservations, there may be a 2hr notice required. - The renter is responsible for any damage or accidents that happen to the watercraft or to any third-party while it is contracted under you. - Cleaning: Keep the Boat Clean! Put away all the trash and leave the boat in the same condition as you received it. Otherwise, the standard cleaning fee is $75. Weight of all passengers and your belongings must be below 1000lbs otherwise you risk the safety of the boat and your reservation will be cancelled. If this rule is breached you will automatically lose your $1000 deposit plus be liable for all damages and losses resulting. Important Terms & Conditions: IMPORTANT! SAFETY HAZARD Risk of Explosion!  TURN ON THE BLOWER FOR 4-5MINUTES  EVERY TIME BEFORE YOU SWITCH ON THE ENGINE.  BEFORE REFUELING, SWITCH OFF THE ENGINE, SWITCH OFF BATTERY & ALL ELECTRONICS.  AFTER REFUELING, TURN BLOWER ON FOR 5 MINUTES, MAKE SURE ALL GASES HAVE LEFT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. - BEFORE YOUR TRIP YOU MUST LEARN THE NEVADA BOATING SAFETY AND PRESENT YOUR BOATING LICENSE OR BOAT SAFETY CERTIFICATION. - IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BEACH THIS BOAT. BEACHING THE BOAT WILL RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE BOAT IN EXCESS OF $5000 AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. THE SAME GOES FOR DRIVING IN SHALLOW AREAS OR ROCKY AREAS. - ALL PASSENGERS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP THEIR LIFEVESTS ON AT ALL TIMES. - ALL PASSENGERS UNDER 14 ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR LIFEVESTS AT ALL TIMES.   - The boat owner is not liable for any claims or accidents or damages that occur while the boat is contracted to you.  - Safety & Liability: It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the safety of all people on board the boat while the boat is in the renter’s possession and to ensure the safety of the boat, the safe operation and safe sailing, and to respect the rules of sailing and other boats and sailors. Upon entering this agreement, you understand and agree that the boat owners are not responsible and will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to persons on the boat, damage to the boat, or to other persons or to other property, or for any injuries or death or personal losses or loss of personal belongings while the boat is in rental or while it is in the renter’s possession. Please bring with you your liability insurance and driver's license. - Damage: The renter is responsible to return the boat in the same condition as received. The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs to the boat, caused by the renter or by another party, advertly or inadvertently, independent of fault. In the event of damage, you must notify us immediately. If there is damage in excess of the security deposit, then an insurance claim will be filed. Upon entering this agreement, you agree that you are 100% legally responsible to pay us (the boat owners) for any and all expenses resulting from damage to the boat or to any affected party, while the boat is in your possession, regardless of fault, including damage repair, storage, towing, damage to third-party or property damage, loss of use, lost wages, loss of valuation, procurement fees, administrative fees, or legal fees. - Return & Late Fees: If you need to return late, you must request an extension by calling, text message or email and receive a confirmation from us that you may return later. We will give you a price for your extension. If you return later than 1 hour without informing us, the rate will $200.00 hourly rate plus a $70 late fee.
