- IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CREW FOR HIRE REGULATIONS: Our boats come with the selection of qualified Captains/Boat Operators. BY LAW, it is the renter's responsibility to pay the captain directly. Again, we will recommend and provide a captain. Captain's fee is separate from the total price!!!!!!! Crew flat rate fee must be paid directly to the crew on day of the trip. BOAT RENTAL RATES - 4 Hours $1,500 - 5 Hours $1,750 - 6 Hours $1,950 CREW/CAPTAIN'S RATES (PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CREW ON THE DAY OF THE TRIP) - 4 hours Captain Fee $400 - 5 hours Captain Fee $500 - 6 hours Captain Fee $600 !!! Crew is working hard, tips are welcome :) ADDITIONAL HOUR MAY BE ADDED AT $300 PER HR (IF THE BOAT IS AVAILABLE) HIGH SEASON (MARCH-AUG) PRICES MAY INCREASE HOLIDAYS PRICES ARE SUBJET TO INCREASE BOAT LOCATION: Pick up and drop off will take place in Edgewater Miami. Other pick up locations are subject to en extra fee BOARDING: Please arrive 15 min prior scheduled time-charter will begin at the agreed time. If you are late, we may not be able to provide extra time unless agreed otherwise. Read above for rates) • Ice/Water • Floating Mat CHARTER SCHEDULE: • Half Day: 4 Hours • Full Day: 6 Hours • Charter time will begin at agreed pick up time. • Between 9 and 11:30am or 3:30pm and later BOAT RULES: • Abnormal behavior will result in termination of the charter without a refund. • Renters must respect the boat and the Captain • No animals • No access to the open ocean • No smoking in the cabin • No paper in the toilet BAD WEATHER: HEAVY RAIN/WIND/STORM - RESCHEDULE OR FULL REFUND LIGHT RAIN OR CLOUDY SKY DOES NOT CONSIDER A BAD WEATHER. CHARTER SCHEDULE: • HALF DAY: 4 Hours (10am, 11am, 2:30pm, 3pm, 4pm) • FULL DAY: 6 Hours • FULL DAY: 8 Hours • Charter time will begin at the agreed pick-up time. BOAT RULES: • Abnormal behavior will result to termination of the charter without a refund. • Renters must respect the boat and the Captain • No animals • No access to the open ocean • No smoking in the cabin • No paper in the toilet CANCELATION POLICY AND WEATHER: Reservations can be canceled or changed 5 days prior to the booking date. Other times non-cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions you will receive a rain check/credit to use at any later date or a full refund. BOAT BREAKDOWN: Our boats are well maintained. However, we are not protected from a vessel breakdown. In case the boat becomes unfit for the charters, we have the right to provide a replacement boat in the same class or better. In case of a boarding delay causing boat repair, renter will be compensated for the wait time. BAD WEATHER DEFINITION: • Heavy Rain/Wind/Storm - Bad Weather • Light Rain or Cloudy Sky - Does not consider bad weather.
