What You can Expect: 150 minutes high speed tour We welcome you to Zanzibar in Jan Thiel. Here we have suitable locations where you can quietly get on our boat. An extensive briefing follows below. After you have received the explanation and signed our waiver you can step on the rib powerboat. After this we leave our berth at a leisurely pace. At the moment we are on the open sea, the gas opens and the fun can begin. Depending on the situation at sea, we will first travel a bit at speed or a bit more relaxed against the waves. After about 2.5 hours of nice fresh air, we come back to our starting location. Take your camera with you (not too big in connection with limited storage space) and make sure you shoot the best pictures. We make this trip with groups of up to 10 people. Boat trip to Klein Curaçao A day at Klein Curaçao is really fun. The trip to Klein Curaçao is often a tough tour. The East side of Curaçao has to do with the meeting of 3 wave currents. At that point the sea is always a bit rough. As a result, boats are often thrown to and fro and people can become terribly seasick. That is not the case with us. Because we are low on the water on an open boat that makes speed, you can hardly get seasick. We leave every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 10 am from Zanzibar on Jan Thiel Beach. There we do a short briefing and after the waiver is signed we can leave for Klein Curacao. Around 16.30 we return to Jan Thiel. You then have the afternoon time for yourself and on Saturday the Happy Hour starts at 5 am! We make this trip with groups of up to 10 people. With wave heights above 1.5 meters we will sail with a maximum of 9 people. Discover Westpunt Westpunt is often referred to as the snow-covered pearl of Curacao. Many people go there by car but with the Powerboat is really a completely different experience. It is always said that you should "have" Klein Curacao, but our experience is that the trip to Westpunt is much more fun! There are quite a few advantages of Westpunt compared to Klein Curacao: • Less waves because we sail closer to the coast (so relaxer sailing) • Possibility of lunch on the side so you do not have to bring your own lunch • More varied offers of sights and nice places such as the Blue Room and Playa Piskado where you can swim with turtles We leave at 10 am from the Vissershaven on Caracasbaai. From there we sail past Jan Thiel Beach, Mambo Beach, Punda and then past the Hilton hotel, the beautiful Boca Sami and the beaches such as Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Santa Cruz, Playa Lagun, Kleine Knip and all the other beaches in between. You discover Banda Bou from the water and the beach-hopping tour is really fun. What To Expect Onboard: Powerboat Caribbean II is a 25 foot long, orange RIB boat that is mainly used for diving tours at sea.
