In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain), we will offer to reschedule your trip or provide a 90% refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced cruise time. No-shows will be charged the full rental fee and are non-refundable. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather-related conditions. Safety & Conduct: All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and may be required during certain conditions. Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with rules may result in early termination of the trip without refund. Boat Rules: - No smoking onboard - No red wine or staining beverages - Shoes may need to be removed onboard - Children must be supervised at all times - Pets are allowed only with prior approval Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by negligence. A security deposit may be required. By booking, you agree to abide by these terms and ensure a respectful and safe environment for all onboard.
