Rental Terms • Charter Agreement: A charter agreement must be signed prior to departure. • Bareboat Charter: This vessel is offered as a bareboat charter in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. • Captain Selection: We will provide a list of licensed captains, and the charterer must select and hire the captain of their choice directly from that list. • Maximum Capacity: Up to 12 guests plus the charterer (13 total) in accordance with Coast Guard regulations. • Security Deposit: A $150 refundable security deposit is required before the charter. • Extra Time: Additional time may be available depending on schedule availability. Extra hours are $200 per hour. • Rescheduling: The charter may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. • Weather: If weather conditions are unsafe, the charter may be rescheduled at no additional cost. • Food & Drinks: Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages onboard. • Decorations: Small decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage the vessel. • Towels: Towels are not included. Guests should bring their own if needed. • Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, and red wine or staining beverages are not allowed onboard. • Respect for the Vessel: Guests must treat the vessel and its equipment with care. Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or disrespect toward the crew may result in termination of the charter without refund. • Cleanliness: Please dispose of trash properly and keep the vessel reasonably clean during the charter. Additional cleaning or damage may result in extra charges. • Captain Authority: The captain has full authority regarding navigation and safety decisions during the charter. • Liability Waiver: By booking the charter, guests acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks and participate at their own risk. • Responsibility: The charterer is responsible for the conduct of all guests and any damages to the vessel.
