This Tri-Toon is a combination of comfort and thrill with its many amenities to accommodate cruising, and friendly watersports. This Tri-Toon comes equipped with a 2-person pulling tube and life jackets. ***We enjoy boating with our family and friends. Boating provides a sense of serenity and aesthetic pleasure. We want to share this enjoyment with you. Please understand we want you to be safe. Please take good care of our boat and READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY*** ***PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REQUEST BOOKING**** Please state your boat rental and operational experience when request booking. Quote will not be send without this information. This information is required for your safety as you will operate the boat on your own. Rental Times:  We like to keep all rental departures and returns in the daylight. Anything past daylight hours we have to charge overnight rates and the renter must be present the next day for return checks. Departure and Return:  Time will not be adjusted for late departures.  Bad Weather:  Thunder storm and tornado only. Boat rental situation and monetary refund will be discussed at the renter and owner's discretion. Boat Rules: Captain must be at least 25 years old Only the captain can operate the boat, nobody else allowed.  The captain is fully responsible for the boat and everything on it including passengers . The captain must sign liability waiver before departure. Please have a valid ID for waiver form. Beaching is allowed but at your own risk, you are responsible for damages, mind the shallow waters for rocks or anything that can damage the boat hull or motor. you will be responsible for damages and assume all cost. NO smoking, NO red wine, NO standing or using boat rail as dive platform. NO pets or animals allowed ****Any major damages law enforcement will be called to protect both parties**** Cleanliness Policy: Boat must return in the condition it was in when departed, if not a cleaning fee charge of $150 will apply after return. Fuel Cost: Fuel Cost NOT included in rental price. Fuel cost is $75 per engine hours used   Must be paid in full after rental by cash or Venmo. No checks accepted. (get my boat charges a service fee if you want to go through them). OTHERS: We can try to provide captain upon request, captain fee is $350 minimum for up to 8 hrs. max.
