Rental Details: • Vessel: 150HP Tritoon (Harris 230 Cruiser) • Capacity: Up to 10 passengers • Location: Lake Norman, NC Payment & Security Allowance: • Full payment due at booking. • Security allowance: $750 (only charged if damage or fees apply after rental). Cancellation Policy • Full refund if canceled 7 days before rental. • 50% refund if canceled 2–5 days before rental. • No refund if canceled within 48 hours. • Weather cancellations handled at owner’s discretion for unsafe conditions. Fuel Policy: • Boat leaves with full fuel tank. • Renter must refuel to full at return. ***If not returned full, we will refill for you at the current daily gas price posted at Holiday Marina (on Lake Norman) plus a $20 service fee for our time to refuel.*** • Fuel shortages deducted from security allowance at market rates. Operation & Safety: • Renter must be at least 28 years old with valid driver’s license. • Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must provide proof of valid boating safety certification. • Renter is fully responsible for safe vessel operation. • All local, state, and federal boating laws must be followed. • No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Life jackets provided; children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times. Damage, Loss, or Excessive Cleaning: • Renter responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. • Photos of vessel condition taken before and after rental. • Damage or fees deducted from security allowance. Weather Policy: • Unsafe weather (severe storms, lightning, high winds) may result in delay, reschedule, or cancellation at owner’s discretion. • Light rain or clouds do not qualify for cancellation or refund. Pets: • No pets allowed on the vessel. General Terms: • Renter releases owner from claims, losses, or damages related to rental. • Owner may terminate rental for unsafe operation or violation of agreement. By booking, renter agrees to all terms listed.
