The sailing vessel Afternoon Delight is 38’ of fun on the water. Comfortable seating for six in the cockpit and additional seating on deck means everyone can enjoy sailing, swimming, sunbathing, watching sealife, and sightseeing. The full bimini protects from the sun, while the swim ladder makes taking a dip a breeze. A cooler with ice is provided for your beverages (alcohol allowed) and complimentary snacks. Great for bachelorette, birthday, graduation, engagement, or any other party! Choose your experience: Sunset sail: Two hours of early evening sailing focused on catching the best sunset views. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view! Two to four-hour afternoon sails include Newport and Narragansett Bay sailing, swimming, and sightseeing. Notes: The Afternoon Delight experience is best for ages 5 and up. Afternoon sails typically begin between 1 and 3 pm, and sunset sails begin approximately two hours before sunset. Eric and his boat were outstanding! This was a highlight of our Newport vacation. My family (wife, daughters in their 20s) went sailing for 3-4 hours. Eric pointed out lots of famous sites and told us the history of Newport harbor. He let my daughter sail most of time (she's an experienced sailor). I highly recommend Eric!

Highly recommend!! We had a wonderful sail with Captain Eric this mid August morning for my mother, husband, and 3 kids - ages 10, 7, 4. Captain Eric was great to communicate with in advance, very responsive, quick and detailed about the where to pick up the charter. We first stopped in cove to jump off and swim, then sailed around Newport harbor and ended with another swim. Eric was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and explained lots about a sailing race that was underway. He had tasty snacks and was super patient and kind with my rambunctious 4 year old who wanted to touch everything on the boat. Thank you again for an amazing morning Captain Eric!!
