   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.

   Great experience overall, great people, and a great captain. My group and I had an amazing time. I would definitely book with them again. I recommend arriving early to handle any departure details and making sure everything is set so you get your full scheduled time other than that, we had an amazing time.

   We had such a great experience on this boat trip. The staff truly made it—they were incredibly accommodating, quick to help with anything we needed, and just so easy to be around. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well-organized. They made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and kept the day running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a good time. The whole experience felt relaxed but still very professional. It was exactly the kind of day we were hoping for. Would absolutely book with them again.

   This was my second charter boat experience and my kids first. We could not have been happier! The vessel was exactly at it appeared on the website, the jet ski was amazing (and powerful) our day couldn’t have been much better. The staff made it fun and memorable for all of us. We went snorkeling, swimming with turtles, checked out a remote and private beach that we wouldn’t have been able to experience any other way. To add to experience, we were served out of this world food and beverages. The amazing hospitality we received and unforgettable tasty treats made for a perfect day. My only regret is not booking more time on the vessel with this crew. We booked a 10am - 4pm trip and could have easily done a 9am-6pm or even 7pm. We absolutely loved it!

   We recently had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable day aboard the 42-foot Sundance, provided by Norma and captained by the amazing Jorge. Our group consisted of three kids and four adults, and we embarked on an eight-hour adventure from the Haulover Inlet. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, we were impressed by the level of service and hospitality. Norma has clearly taken great care in maintaining the Sundance to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. The boat was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect day out on the water. Captain Jorge and Yanina were phenomenal. His expertise and friendly demeanor made us feel safe and well-cared for throughout the entire trip. He navigated the waters with skill and took us to some incredible spots, including a fantastic sandbar where the kids had an absolute blast playing and swimming. Yanina handled absolutely everything else when it came to preparing food and drinks. The itinerary was well-planned and flexible, allowing us to enjoy various locations and activities at a relaxed pace. The level of service we experienced on the Sundance was truly the best we've ever had on a boating excursion. Norma, Jorge & Yanina went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests' enjoyment made all the difference. Our day on the Sundance was worth every moment and more. We left with cherished memories and a strong desire to do it all over again. If you're considering a boating adventure, we highly recommend the 42-foot Sundance with Norma and Captain Jorge.    42' Azimut All-Inclusive Yacht Charter in Tulum Beach.

   Amazing experience booking this boat tour! Group of 8 guys for my bachelor party. Delicious snacks, food and of course drinks. Pablo, Espinosa and our crew took such great care of us and facilitated a great time. Unfortunately, the very rough seas did not allow us to travel far but we anchored somewhere calm and partied the day away. We also booked a van to pick us up and drop us at our house through this company, super easy!
