Discuss Chicago River cruising with staff at time of booking.  If approved additional fees may apply to enter the river and to dock on river for any period of time.  Docking requires advanced reservations and will not be possible on the day of actual charter experience.  Wait for your entire party to arrive before proceeding onto dock and to boat. Do not gather on the dock or in front of the dock gate while waiting.  Step to side by tables. Must wear mask on the down the dock. Boating is an amazing experience - As long as everyone understands and respects the rules and inherent risks of being on the water…Please: Follow Captain’s guidance and expectations. Provide undivided attention as we depart and return to the Dock or anchoring. Do not stand on the swim platform while underway. Keep body weight low when on the bow (front) of boat. Wear life preserver or keep close while underway. Required in water or on float. Stay beyond boat for best visibility when swimming.    Keep account of persons in the water. Don’t drink and swim. Rules/Conduct:  Appropriate behavior expected. No smoking or pets (of any kind) allowed. All Weapons strictly PROHIBITED. Ages 12 or younger must wear a flotation device at all times. Over-drinking and intoxication prohibited. No red wine or drinks that stains. Yachting experiences end on time, regardless of your party’s initial arrival & departure time. Refundable Deposit required.  Will be applied to any damage, unnecessary cleaning, etc. Please Read Toilet instructions on the bathroom wall.  Ask for Waste Management kit if needed.  No large hard side coolers permitted only smaller soft-sided coolers. We also have coolers.*Passenger Waiver Required (will be provided by Captain) *If any guest acts in a manner contrary to the expectations of the Captain, USCG regulations or general safety of others, the remainder of the trip will be canceled without a right to refund, and local/marine authorities may be summoned in extreme cases.   Cancellation Policy:  ONE OF THE BEST ON THE WATER!  100% rental deposit refund for Cancellations confirmed no less than 4 days before scheduled experience. A rental deposit will be forfeited for cancellations occurring within 3 days or less of scheduled experience.  4 days out 100% refund; Cancel 3 days or less 100% forfeited. If for some reason we are unable to Cruise on your date due to weather, etc., we will work to reschedule your Experience for another date and time. We reserve the right, on very rare occasions, to cancel an experience due to the following conditions and/or for other health, safety or unforeseen matters: Weather Related Hazards and Advisories:  Including but not limited to High winds; Small craft advisories; Waves over 3 feet;  Thunderstorms or threat there of;  Any Inclement weather/rain; Fog, etc.  ATYE's Captain will assess matters at hand and determine a "go or no go experience" as late as one (1) hour before scheduled experience departure.  Feel free to remain in contact with the captain, nonetheless we will be in touch with you. Civil unrest, rioting or war nearby Mechanical breakdown Harbor is closed or access is restricted Local, State or Federal orders Any other health and safety matter, etc. We will work with clients to reschedule their experience for a different time the same or different day in the event of a need to cancel.  Customers may be offered refund if not.If an "on the water" experience must be cut short due to matters directly related to the operation of the vessel, we will work with clients to determine the best resolution or prorate refunds based on the balance of time remaining on the scheduled experience.  The company and its agents accepts no liability for cancellations due to any of the above, uncontrollable or unanticipated matters. $250+ ONLY IF REQUIRED Excessive Cleaning (Includes Water/Motion Sickness Cleaning) Fee may apply.
