He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help whenever possible. The yacht was fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.    We had a great time! Jay had an unexpected boat repair a couple of hours before departure but he found a replacement so that we didn't miss out on a great family adventure. Definitely the kind of customer focus and reliability you hope to get for an event like this.
