Daily rental is from 8am - 6pm

Gas is not included in the rental (you can bring it back full or the fill up can be taken off of the damage deposit upon return)

Daily and hourly rental occur on site at our location. If renting for longer than 3 days you can request they be available on a trailer to be taken to your own location.

Free Temporary Boat License (one per rental)

14 foot aluminum fishing boat with a 9.9hp motor. We are able to provide a temporary boat license with your boat rental. We will walk you through the rules around boating and your checklist will act as a boat license for the rental period! There is great fishing on both the Otonabee River and Rice Lake so you have the best of both worlds when you leave Wildwood Cottages on your boat! There is a max capacity of 4 people on the boat including children. 

We provide safety kit and life jackets.

The is limited parking so only one car per boat is permitted. We cannot allow people to change out guests, fish from our dock or have picnics here. There are lots of areas on the lake and river you can stop at. 

One tank of gas is included per day.

Earliest departure is 8am and must have boat back at the dock by 6pm. If it’s not returned on time, there will be a $3 per minute charge added to your invoice. 

If the boat is left dirty there will be a minimum of a $50 cleaning charge.



9.9hp Aluminum Fishing Boat on Otonabee River/Rice Lake

2024 16 foot fishing boat with a 60hp motor. Has 4 seats, stereo and live well. You are required to have a valid boat license to operate the fishing boat. If you do not have a boat license check out our captain options! We are located on Otonabee River before it opens to Rice Lake so you have the best of both worlds when you leave Wildwood Cottages on your boat! 

There is a max capacity of 4 people on the boat. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN. IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AND YOU WILL NOT NOT BE ALLOWED USE OF THE BOAT.

16ft Princecraft Aluminum Fishing Boat with 60hp

Powerboats

18ft Montego Bay Pontoon Boat with a 40hp motor. There is great fishing on both the Otonabee River and Rice Lake so you have the best of both worlds when you leave Wildwood Cottages on your boat! Apart of the Trent Severn Waterway, you can enjoy a day fishing or just relaxing!

You are required to have a valid boat license to operate the Pontoon Boat. If you do not have a boat license check out our captain options! 

THERE IS A MAX CAPACITY OF 6 PEOPLE ON THE BOAT! THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.

One tank of gas is included in the price. 

There is a radio.

We do not allow pets on the pontoon boat.
