Michael was prompt, courteous, communicative, accommodating, and most of all fun! When we wanted to change our departure and return times, Michael handled the change quickly and our event went off without a hitch. We rented with Michael to celebrate a wedding with friends and family, and we had the full capacity of the ship consumed - even then we had plenty of space to mingle, relax, eat and drink on board. The sailing was smooth, and we got to show a lot of out of towners the beauty of Seattle from the water. I would absolutely recommend Michael, and will rent with him again in the future!

Terry was awesome and very chill! He was flexible with our pick-up/return time and even lent us a cooler to use. The boat was very easy to handle as first-time boaters, and Terry helped us get the boat in/out of the more difficult dock area. Captain Edward was awesome! We had an easy pick up and great cruise around Mercer Island, he helped us find a good swim spot for the kids and it was no trouble at all to stop of at a marina for a bathroom break. Great experience altogether, looking forward to using their rectal service again!

I give Brian and Drew a 10/10. They made our experience truly memorable and we always felt safe under their attentive care. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out, making the trip enjoyable from start to finish. We rented the boat for four hours however towards the end of the rental, they were kind enough to extend our rental for an extra two hours. The boat was really beautiful as well! Accurate description of the boat!
