Dustin did a great job explaining everything to my family and I in a low-key, easy, commutative way. These wave runners are brand new - and my family of 5 had a blast - as first timers we wish we owned our own! Dustin was flexible on the time , picked us up from a different boat launch after we became disoriented on the lake and even gave us a ride back to our cabin. A great experience and would highly recommend

Great opportunity if you want several hours/days for sure! Easy to work with and very accommodating. They even have a BA house to rent where the Sea Doos are docked FYI👌🏻 We drove down from KC for our first trip to Grand Lake and discovered this set up midway through our vacation and will definitely be coming back as a result! The boat is very nice, but the captain/hosts are what really makes this! We were considering renting our own boat, but so glad we chartered this boat instead. Pickup/drop off was so much easier and was great not having to worry about driving the boat. Would definitely recommend if coming up to Grand and looking for a boat for the day vs renting one for yourself!

Everything was in great shape and Dustin was very accommodating. We had a little trouble finding the correct boat ramp and Dustin let us keep the wave runners longer because of the late start. We had a great time and no issues.
