    Founders, Michael and Diane,may join you for a part of your stay at the Lodge. Mike and Diane have lived in China Poot Bay for 45 years, built the lodge from scratch, raised their family and now enjoy working part-time with their children and sharing the lodge with their grand children. Michael, a member of the Explorer's Club and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, has more than 45 years experience in the wilds of Alaska. He's a master guide, licensed skipper, bush pilot and has strong expertise in marine biology. Michael is a Nationally Certified Yoga Teacher. He has served as a Smithsonian National Board Member, a Trustee for The Nature Conservancy and Wild Foundation board member. The creative details of your cabin and the lodge have been hand-crafted by Michael.
