This yacht is amazing and is well equipped with everything! Kleon and his staff were wonderful to us and we enjoyed our time on the boat so much. My only feedback is to over communicate prior to the event and set the right expectations with everyone involved. We had a 1.5 hour delayed start because Kleon was running late and my guests were getting frustrated waiting that long at the dock. Would’ve appreciated an earlier heads up of the delay and a more accurate ETA.

• 75% refund - 10 days prior to rental • 50% refund - 5 days prior to rental • 25% refund - 3 days prior to rental [DO’s] • Have fun! • Bring your own food: whatever kind you’d like! Unless you choose our "private chef" option for an extra charge • Bring your own beverages: alcohol included - Unless you want our open bar and bartender on board for an extra charge • Bring your favorite playlist to be played on the boat • Bring a swimsuit and a towel if you want to take a dip • Be kind to the crew and tip them if you love your trip • Be understanding of any delays caused by a previous trip. This usually never happens but we have to mention it especially with weather influence. [DONT’s] • Don’t bring any drugs • Don’t bring beer bottles (cans are much safer) • Don’t bring any glass dishware • Don’t bring anything reddish/purple: red wine, blueberries, flowers, etc. • Don’t litter on the boat or on the water (cigarette butts are also littering) • Don’t jump off the boat when we’re moving Booking Policy By booking with us through this website you agree to our Booking Policy below: //Changes and cancellations from our end// Your safety is our number 1 priority. If for any reason (weather or mechanical related), going out on the day of your trip is considered unsafe, we reserve the right to change or cancel the trip. This could happen up to 12 hours prior to your departure time. We'll email or call you to discuss an alternative date. If you decide not to reschedule your trip, a full refund will be issued - no questions asked. //Changes and cancellations from your end// You can change your reservation with no additional cost up to 15 days prior to your trip. In the same way, if you cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to your trip, you'll get a full refund. Cancellations less than 15 days of your trip, as well as no shows and late arrivals, don’t get a refund. Late departures caused by a previous trip and/or seasickness during the trip won’t grant any refunds. Not following Captain’s rules and the Do’s and Don'ts above will immediately end your trip and don’t grant any refunds. //Refunds// Refunds are issued on your credit card within 2-3 business days after the day of the trip for weather or mechanical related cancellations and customer cancellations up to 15 days prior to the trip. //Video and photography release// You’re granting us the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of you on our website, social media, and/or promotional flyers, as well as waiving the right to approve the final product. All such photographs, videos, audio recordings, and digital files will remain our property.
