Policies below: Pricing: (4 hour minimum) Hourly rate includes sales tax but does not included gratuity to crew.  A 18% or 20% of the total charter rate is customary and is to be given to the crew in cash. Contract: 2 charter agreements with a Yacht Crew Selection Form will be sent through DocuSign, which you will receive once a representative from Get My Boat contacts you, usually by phone, after you've made your deposit and/or complete payment Weather: Weather-wise, rain is unavoidable in Miami because it always rains. Rain is NOT a valid reason to cancel. As the time for your scheduled departure approaches, we will keep an eye on the weather and notify you. You must arrive at the marina in good time for your booked excursion, UNLESS we notify you in advance that your charter is canceled. If your captain believes it is unsafe to be on the water, we will only provide a refund.(refer to refund policy) ONLY YOUR CAPTAIN CAN DECIDE IF THE CONDITIONS ARE SAFE TO GO OUT. - No Additional Exceptions. Cancelations: You must inform the office 5 days prior to your departure if you need to cancel your charter in order to get a refund less a 10% administrative charge. Refund: Refund is issued minus a 10% administration fee, allow 7 business days.
