- Damage Deposit Each jet ski operator is required to provide a $600 damage deposit. The renter agrees to have their government-issued ID and their credit card placed on hold for the duration of the rental. - If any damage occurs while the jet ski is in the renter's possession, their credit/debit card will be charged $800. - If the jet ski is totaled (beyond repair), a $2,500 charge will apply. Arrival Time All operators must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure. - Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund. Identification Requirements - Operators must present a physical government-issued ID and their own credit/debit card. - Digital copies or photos are not accepted. Age Requirement Operators must be at least 21 years old. Cancellation Policy - A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. - Please contact us directly to cancel your reservation. Refunds - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation. Weather Policy - If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will offer the option to reschedule or issue a full refund. - This decision will be made on the morning of the scheduled trip. Safety & Operating Rules - Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating the jet ski (per USCG regulations). - The jet ski key must be securely attached to your life jacket at all times. - No wake zone: You must go slow and create no waves while in the no-wake zone (both when departing and returning). - Do not operate the jet ski in the river or along the shoreline.
