I agree to pay in full for any repairs or replacement if the equipment is damaged or lost. Kayaking poses potential risks and you are aware of the dangers of paddling. I understand that we in no way are responsible for your safety. You are fully responsible for your own safety and for the equipment. You agree to assume all risks in connection with the use of the equipment. You agree to repair or replace in a manner acceptable any of the equipment damaged while you are renting it. You understand the United States Coast Guard regulations stipulate that all paddlers are required to have a US Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD) Understand that one member of the party must be over the age of 18 and must accompany the group on the water.
