Full Refunds Will Be Granted If: There is an 80% chance of rain or more (on average during your rental period) in Miami Beach, based on the Google Weather app. Wind speeds are projected to be 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental, on average during your rental period, according to the Google Weather app. In all other cases, a mutually agreeable resolution will be sought.
