What to Expect: Explore Miami’s famed destinations tailored to your desires: Star Island, Venetian Way, Palm Island, Hibiscus Island, Sunset Harbour, Biscayne Bay, luxurious homes, Picnic Island, Monument Island, Beer Can Island, Sandbar, Nixon Sandbar, and Marine Stadium. Yacht-Specific Reminders: Our yachts observe legal speed limits, necessitating idle speed in most areas. Due to their size, they cannot beach on islands or sandbars. We recommend smaller boats or tenders for the full sandbar experience. Sample Itineraries: For varying trip durations: - 4 Hours: Explore Brickell, Biscayne Bay, Marine Stadium, and Hobbie Beach. Enjoy a stunning sunset cruise via Miami River with its skyline backdrop. Visit Fisher Island, Star Island, and the Venetian Islands. Nixon Sandbar offers a relaxing stop. - 6 Hours: Extend your journey with leisurely stops, ensuring Fisher Island for sunset. - All Trips: Facilitate group tie-ups for enhanced camaraderie and efficiency from a single marina. Rates: - 4 hours: $300 per hour for the boat + $275 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 4 hours: $2,300 - - 6 hours: $265 per hour for the boat + $240 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 6 hours: $3,030 - - 8 hours: $240 per hour for the boat + $220 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 8 hours: $3,680 What to Bring: - Energy and positive vibes for an enjoyable voyage! - Towels - Sunscreen We provide ice, soda, and water. 50% refund up to 7 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
1. Cancellation by the CHARTERER. This agreement is neither cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions a rain check (credit for the full amount which was processed) will be issued for up to 1 year. Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost up to 7 days prior to charter based on availability of new scheduled date (rates are subject to change). If the CHARTERER reschedules within 7 days a fee of $1,000 will be charged. If the CHARTERER reschedules within 72 hours of the agreed charter date and times a fee of $2,000 will be charged. If the CHARTERER should cancel within 30 days of the charter for any reason related to a personal situation the CHARTERER agrees to pay $500 of the charter fee. If the CHARTERER should cancel within 7 days of the charter for any reason related to a personal situation the CHARTERER agrees to pay 50% of the charter fee. If the CHARTERER cancels within 24 hours of the charter the CHARTERER agrees to forfeit the entire charter cost. 2. Cancellation by the OWNER. If prior to the start date of the charter period, the Agreement is canceled in writing by the OWNER, all monies paid shall be held in the form of a full credit and the OWNER shall have no further liability whatsoever to the CHARTERER. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OWNER may cancel the charter at any time during or prior to the scheduled sailing day without refund if the charterer demonstrates a lack of skill, judgment, or misrepresentation of ability in the management, operation, or control of the Vessel.
