The boat was amazing, the captain, Yousef and mate, Gabriela were brilliant, the really looked after us. The whole experience from the booking to the return at the end of the trip was fantastic. I was kept fully up to date throughout the booking process

Jorge and Camilla were amazing! Started on time and she was very attentive. Jorge set the itinerary for the afternoon as we had no specific request. We decided to add more time and have lunch so he called and got us a slip reservation last minute so we could have quick lunch at Casablanca. Food there is 🔥. Highly recommended crew! See them both in 3 wks!

Great boat and great service. I rent a boat every summer in Miami and this is the nicest one so far frank was very communicative and everything was very accurate and well organized. Great boat for kids and swimming and touring. Sound system was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

we had an amazing time, we rented the boat 4hrs to celebrate a bday. We asked captain luis to just take us to scenic places while we had some drinks. It was perfect! Eduardo helped us serving the drinks and with everything we needed, both were amazing. It was easy to coordinate with their team and communication was fast and efficient. The boat was in perfect condition and really comfortable. Def recommend! And will absolutely rent again from this company.

We booked a last minute trip and did not expect a reply but we were met with an immediate response. The boat was exactly as listed and we absolutely love our captain Roberto. He was friendly, accommodating & a wonderful captain. He spotted a group of dolphins from quite some distance, and we spent some time watching them swim out, which was a memorable experience for us. For the four hours that we booked, we went to three spots but the water visibility was very low to snorkel in. We will definitely book for a longer duration so we can go to better destinations next time. A-star team and overall very impressed at how well everything is handled from beginning to end.

WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY. Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late.
