21’ Pontoon Party Barge w/ Stereo & Lights

Rental Terms – 21’ Suntracker Party Barge Rental Duration: Full-day and half-day rentals available. Please return the boat at the agreed time to avoid late return fees. Fuel Policy: Boat must be returned with a full tank of gas. If not, a refueling fee of $8.00/gallon will be applied. Capacity: Maximum of 10 passengers. Do not exceed capacity for safety and insurance compliance. Safety Requirements: - Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license. - Boater safety certificate required if born after January 1, 1986. - Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers under 13 years of age while the boat is in motion. Security Deposit: A refundable $750 security deposit is required. Damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from this amount. Prohibited Activities: - No smoking on the boat - No pets without prior approval - No glass containers - No beaching or tying off to other boats without permission Lighting & Stereo Use: - LED lighting is available for use during evening rentals. Please turn off when not in use. - Stereo is Bluetooth-enabled. Please be respectful with volume near docks and other boaters. Weather Policy: If severe weather occurs, rentals may be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds for early returns or weather unless deemed unsafe by the rental company. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
