Only if YOU VALUE CREW AND SERVICE.💪 GUESTS NORMALLY DO💪 Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. - Late arrival by lessee or lessee’s party will NOT alter rental end time. - The captain and/or boat owner reserves the right to terminate the rental for bad conduct at any time. Included but not limited to excessive intoxication, fighting or any conduct to put anyone live at risk. No refunds will be issue. - Lessee is responsible for paying a cleaning fee of $500.00 for excessive soil including but not limited to vomits or other bodily fluids, stains from spray tans, and/or dyes on any boat interior. - No smoking or red wine is allowed on the boat. You may do this only on the boat platform or on the water. - Lessor is NOT responsible for weather changes. Unless a severe weather change that deems boat navigation to be unsafe. We will accommodate on a different date. - Children must be always under the supervision of an adult. Must bring coast guard APPROVED life vest. - Children over one year of age count as an adult. Boat Max capacity allowed by law is 12 people.
