Weather Policy:  - Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, lightning) at the owner’s discretion.   - Refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations due to severe weather. 2. Cancellation Policy:   - Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental.   - Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date are subject to a 20% fee.   - No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 3. Late or No-Show Policy:  - Renters arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their booking without refund.   - Late returns will incur a fee of $25 per 15 minutes. 4. Safety Considerations:   - The pontoon is equipped with required safety equipment, including life jackets. Renters are responsible for ensuring all passengers adhere to safety rules.   - The operator must have valid boating experience or provide proof of certification, if required by state laws.   - No reckless behavior, speeding, or operating the pontoon under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted. 5. Boat Rules:  - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the pontoon.   - No glass bottles or hazardous materials are allowed onboard.   - Renters are responsible for returning the pontoon in the same condition it was received, with all trash removed.   - A cleaning fee of [$XX] will apply if the pontoon is returned in an excessively dirty condition. 6.
