It's unconscionable that you'd rent an unsafe and mechanically damaged boat - and profit from it. To allow people to take it out on the water in that condition is beyond irresponsible. Putting people (families, kids, etc.) in an unsafe vessel and just essentially pretending that everything is ok - while deflecting with remarks like 'showing up late' and 'making my employee get a cooler." It's unfortunate, people like you can ruin a great platform like getmyboat.

Thank You for choosing us for your boating pleasure and day out on the water. We would like to take the time to go over a few safety policies with our boats. We ask that all ppl are inside the boat when it is running, no dangling feet or arms off the sides. No smoking on the boat, no pets allowed on the boat unless an exception has been made (discussed before reservation is made). All children 6 & under must wear a PFD on the boat. Boat must be returned on time, under 30 minutes will not be a charge, 30 minutes plus will be $45.00 per hour late fee. No show bookings will not receive a refund, breach in contract will forfeit security deposit. Weather cancellations & refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
