Rain alone does not automatically cancel a trip. If canceled by the captain, guests can reschedule or receive a 100% refund. Guest Cancellations: - - Full refund available if canceled at least 7 days prior to departure. - 75% refund if canceled between 48 hours and 7 days prior. - 90% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled departure. Arrival & No-Show Terms - Punctuality: Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for safety briefings. - Late Arrivals: The charter clock starts at the scheduled booking time. Time lost due to late guest arrival cannot be made up at the end of the trip. - No-Shows: Failing to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure without notice is considered a no-show, resulting in trip cancellation and forfeiture of the full booking fee. Safety & Boat Rules Life Jackets & Safety Gear: Life jackets (PFDs) are provided for all passengers. Children aged 12 and under must wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while underway. Substance Policy: Illegal drugs (including marijuana, regardless of state laws) are strictly prohibited on board. Excessive alcohol consumption that compromises safety may result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund.
