Weather Policy: Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, storms, or heavy rain), we may reschedule your trip or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. Late Arrival & No-Show: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Delays of more than 30 minutes without notice may result in shortened trip time or cancellation without refund. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations up to 5 days before the booking. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable unless due to weather-related conditions. Safety First: - Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times. - No jumping off the boat while in motion. - The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip in case of unsafe behavior or excessive intoxication (no refund will be issued). Boat Rules: - No shoes onboard (you’ll be asked to remove them). - No red wine or staining food/drinks. - No smoking inside the cabin. - Pets allowed upon request. - Bring your own food and drinks – cooler with ice is included! - Music is welcome – connect your phone via Bluetooth.
