If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for boating, we will offer you the option to reschedule your rental at no additional charge. 2. **Cancellation Policy**: - Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled rental WILL NOT receive a refund. - No-shows will also not be eligible for a refund. 3. **Safety Guidelines**: - All renters are required to follow safety instructions provided during the rental briefing. - Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water. - It is essential to be aware of your surroundings and avoid reckless behavior to ensure a safe experience for yourself and others. 4. **Responsible Boating**: - Please adhere to all local boating regulations and rules. - Respect the environment by not littering and being considerate of wildlife. - If you are unsure about operating the boat or jetski, please ask for assistance.
