Jimmy was very accommodating by helping us on and off the charter, as well as providing a cooler filled with ice, shot glasses, blankets, and helping us with taking photos for the group! We were able to use the Bluetooth connection to elevate our experience. Thanks to Jimmy we were able to experience various views of the CN Tower. The LED lights on the boat was a perfect touch to watching the sunset next to the CN Tower. Communication and flexibility were solid throughout - especially when we got a message the morning of that the original boat we booked had mechanical issues and was now unavailable.
