Chris and his crew responded to my request quick, it was our last day in Clearwater and the family wanted to end the trip on the water. The boat was clean, came with water and ice and was ready to go once we arrived at the dock. Thanks to your team for giving me directions on some hot spots to see dolphins and to just hang out on one of the islands was awesome, will definitely be using there equipment in the future…

- A valid Boater Safety Course certification is required.* - Bluetooth stereo system and all required safety equipment are included with every rental. - Maximum of 10 passengers, in accordance with United States Coast Guard regulations. - If a captain is hired, the limit is 9 passengers plus the captain. - Comfortable seating includes front and rear loungers and a captain’s chair with armrests. - Fishing is permitted with a $50 cleaning fee. - Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee (must remain leashed at all times). - Renters must be 21 years of age or older. - Alcohol and food are permitted onboard. - Cooler with ice available for $20. - 6’ x 14’ floating mat (Lily Pad) available for $40. - Dock lines, anchors, and buoys are provided. - Pontoon boats must remain within the Intracoastal Waterway and are not permitted in open Gulf waters. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required to cover potential damages or lost equipment. The full deposit will be returned at the end of the rental provided no damage or loss has occurred. Cancellation Policy We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time will forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If a Small Craft Advisory is issued by the Coast Guard, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip. Please boat responsibly, stay safe, and enjoy your time on the water! *Florida Statute 327.395: For anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, who will be operating a boat in Florida waters with an engine of ten (10) horsepower or more, the law requires them to complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Florida Boating Safety ID Card. This card is not a boating license, it is a certification that the person named on the card has successfully completed the required boating safety course.
