24ft Yamaha Boat - Waves and Sun Rays on Eagle Mountain Lake!!

1. Life Jacket Requirement: We will provide basic life vests for individuals not participating in watersports, and watersports life jackets for all individuals participating in watersport activities. Participants are welcome to bring their own vest/ jacket if desired. Children aged 12 and younger must wear a life jacket at all times while the boat is away from dock, is in motion and/ or when swimming at anchor. Company does not provide jackets for toddlers or infants; these must be provided by the participants. 2. Liability Waiver: All adults 18 and up as part of the reservation must complete and submit a liability waiver before departure. 3. Minor Supervision: At least one adult 21 years or older must accompany all minors in the reservation. 4. Parking Fees: We do not control public or marina parking fees that may be incurred by the Customer. 5. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy: Failure to show or arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in forfeiture of any deposit and may be subject to the full amount of the booking fee. 6. Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions. 7. Safety Guidelines Compliance: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the Company. 8. Safety, Conduct, and Prohibited Substances/ Items: Participant(s) agree to comply with all safety rules, instructions, and regulations provided.  Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board the vessel. Participant(s) affirm they are physically and mentally capable of engaging in water sports and will not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  Participant(s) must conduct themselves respectfully and courteously toward the Captain, crew, other boaters, and fellow guests at all times.  Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in termination of reservation without refund. 9. Damage Liability: Any costs incurred for repairs or replacement due to damage caused by Participant(s) shall be their responsibility. This includes but is not limited to damage to the boat's interior, exterior, mechanical components, and any property belonging to the Captain or crew members. Participant(s) may be subject to an additional fine of up to $5,000 depending on the extent of the damage. 10. No Pets Policy: Participant(s) acknowledge that pets are strictly prohibited on board the vessel. Failure to comply with this rule may result in denial of participation without refund. 11. Bodily Fluid Hazard: Participant acknowledges that exposure to bodily fluids (including but not limited to blood, vomit, or other biohazards) may present health risks. Participant agrees to take reasonable precautions and notify us immediately in the event of such exposure. Participant may be held responsible for cleaning fees if such contamination occurs due to their actions. 12. Loss of Personal Items: Participant acknowledges that personal items brought on board are their sole responsibility. Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the charter, including but not limited to phones, wallets, jewelry, and cameras. 13. Disability or Handicapped Waiver: Participant acknowledges that the boat is not equipped with disability or handicapped-accessible services or accommodations. We are not responsible for providing any special accommodations, including but not limited to wheelchair access, specialized seating, or medical assistance. Participant assumes all risks associated with accessibility limitations and agrees to take full responsibility for their own safety and mobility while on board. 14. Weight and Personal Limitations: Participant acknowledges that the boat has both weight and personnel limitations that must be adhered to for safety reasons. We reserve the right to verify Participant’s weight and the total number of passengers to ensure compliance with these limitations. Participant(s) 300lbs and over will not be allowed to participate in any watersport’s activities due to safety and equipment limitations. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in denial of participation without refund. 15. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes Company to seek medical assistance on their behalf and agrees to bear all costs associated with such care. 16. Photo and Video Release Participant grants us permission to use photos or videos taken during the boat charter for promotional purposes without compensation.
