📄 Rental Terms – Holy Wave Jet Ski Rentals ✅ Safety First: All renters must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while operating the jet ski. A full safety walk-through will be provided before departure. ✅ Age Requirement: Operators must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license. ✅ Weather Cancellation Policy: If severe weather conditions (high winds, lightning, or lake advisories) occur at the time of your rental, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain without advisory does not qualify for automatic cancellation. ✅ Late or No-Show Policy: Late arrivals will have rental time reduced accordingly. No-shows (more than 30 minutes late with no contact) forfeit their booking and deposit. ✅ Damage Responsibility: The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the watercraft during the rental period. A $200 refundable deposit is required unless waived with insurance. ✅ Fuel Policy: The jet ski will be delivered with a full tank. Renters must either refuel upon return or pay a $60 refueling fee. ✅ Return Policy: All jet skis must be off the water 45 minutes before sunset — no exceptions for safety reasons. ✅ Alcohol & Drugs: Absolutely no operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violation will result in immediate termination of rental without refund. ✅ Restricted Areas: Beaching of the jet ski is strictly prohibited.
