Rental Terms – Holy Waves Jet Ski Rentals ✅ Safety FirstAll renters and passengers must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while operating or riding on the jet ski. A full safety and operational walkthrough will be provided before departure. ✅ Operator RequirementsPrimary operator must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Texas boating laws and safety regulations must be followed at all times. ✅ Weather PolicySafety is our top priority. Severe weather conditions including lightning, high winds, dense fog, or official marine advisories may result in rescheduling or cancellation with refund eligibility. Light rain alone does not qualify for automatic cancellation. ✅ Arrival PolicyPlease arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time. No-shows or arrivals exceeding 30 minutes without communication may forfeit booking payments. ✅ Damage ResponsibilityRenter assumes responsibility for damages caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. A security allowance is required for all bookings. ✅ Fuel PolicyJet ski is provided with a full tank of fuel.
