Scuba Diving Day Trip Come dive the legendary Sea of Cortez with Palapas Ventana. Our experienced captains and dive team will take you to the region’s best sites for a safe, full-day underwater adventure. Schedule - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM - Daily departures from the Palapas Ventana beach (weather permitting) Pricing - $203 USD per person - Includes full gear and 2 tanks per diver - Minimum boat charge: $406 USD per day (minimum 2 divers) What’s Included - Private panga boat with licensed, knowledgeable captain - All gear: wetsuit, BCD, regulator, mask, fins, weight belt - 2 tanks per diver - Lunch and drinking water - Shade on board and space for dry bags - Dive site planning based on conditions and experience level Dive Sites May Include Cerralvo Island, La Reina, La Reinita, Punta Perico, El Bajo, and other local sites depending on weather and visibility. Requirements - All participants must be certified scuba divers (PADI, SSI, or equivalent) - Certification card or proof of certification required - Health and liability waiver must be completed before departure Additional Information - Trips may be rescheduled or adjusted due to weather or safety concerns - Rented or included gear must be returned in good condition - Guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment Ready to dive? 1. Trip Duration & Inclusions - Trips operate from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Includes: private panga with licensed captain, 2 tanks per diver, full scuba gear (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, weight belt), lunch, drinking water, and shade. 2. Certification & Safety Requirements - All participants must present valid scuba certification (PADI, SSI, or equivalent). - Guests must complete a liability waiver and medical form prior to departure. - Palapas Ventana reserves the right to deny participation based on health, certification status, or safety concerns. 3. Pricing & Minimums - Net rate to outfitter: $203 USD per certified diver - Minimum daily boat rate: $406 USD (covers up to 2 divers) - This pricing includes all gear, tanks, and services listed above. - If fewer than 2 divers are booked, the $406 minimum still applies. 4. Payment & Cancellation - Full payment is due at least 48 hours prior to trip departure. - Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless Palapas Ventana cancels due to weather or safety issues. 5. Equipment Use & Responsibility - All rental gear must be returned in good condition. - Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs of any lost or damaged equipment. 6. Weather Policy - Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. - Palapas Ventana reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel trips for safety. - If canceled by the outfitter due to weather, a reschedule or full refund will be offered. 7. Liability - Participation is at your own risk. - All guests must follow safety protocols and guide instructions. - Palapas Ventana is not liable for personal injury, gear loss, or failure to comply with diving safety standards.
