Maximum Capacity: 13 Passengers This boat departs from MIAMI RIVER. The exact location will be provided after the payment has been made as per getmyboat policy. ✌✌✌ It has a FLOATING MAT, Water, ICE, LOUD SOUND SYSTEM . TOWELS PROVIDED. You can bring food and drinks (Alcoholic beverages accepted). We know the best spots that you will surely love! 😍😍😍 IMPORTANT: This charter is being operated as a bareboat charter. Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. Elements of a valid Bareboat Charter: 1. The charterer must have the option of selecting and paying crew, although the owner may require general levels of proficiency for the crew that is retained based on federal statutes. 2. The master/crew are paid by the charterer 3. All food, fuel, and stores are provided by the charterer 4. Insurance is obtained by the charterer 5. The charterer is responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel 6. The charterer may discharge, for cause, the master or any crew member without referral to the owner 7. The vessel is surveyed upon its delivery and return The Jet Ski permit to drive must be obtained by the customer if the customer does not already have one. If you need information on how to obtain the permit, please message us. It's a simple process that costs $10-$15 per person. REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY 50% refund if canceled 5 days prior to your trip (for any reason) No refund if canceled 4 days prior to your trip (unless it qualifies under our weather cancellation policy) And 100% refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.

Had a great time on the water. Victor had us with captain Alejandro who was excellent. Nice stop across the bay to hang out and swim and enjoyed the about 30 min along the river each way to see the Miami skyline and boats. On time and friendly would book again

This was one of the best experience we ever had! Captain Victor was amazing, he is very knowledgeable and did an excellent tour around Miami, he even drove us to a island for a quick swim. Apart from all that he loves dogs! Our Golden was allowed on the boat and he had a blast! He loved it! I really recommend this tour, especially when you want to bring your dog! :)

BOOK THIS BOAT!! Our captain, Victor, was the best we could have asked for! He was very knowledgeable of Miami and the sights! He was very welcoming, friendly, the boat was nice and clean, and this was the best price for everything included! We will book again-this was the highlight of our trip! Highly recommend!

I booked this boat for a bachelorette party and it was the highlight of our vacation! The boat and trip were exactly as described and fit the 6 of us comfortably. FOR RESERVATIONS OF 5-6 AND 7 HOURS YOU CAN CONSULT THROUGH THE PAGE Where we go? Well, it all depends on the number of hours of the trip, the weather (sometimes bad weather is south of our location, so we could go north and vice versa). Popular destinations we will take you are: Monument Island, Star Island, Miami Beach, Marine Stadium, Biscayne Bay, Miami River. Any place or special request let us know to check if we can take it and also the amount of fuel to load. You can bring food and drinks (alcoholic beverages are accepted). What Brig: 1. Towels 2. Appetizers 3. Alcohol 4. Hunters 5. Cups (if necessary) The collection is informed to the client one day before his trip, this to avoid last minute changes. Please note: US Coastgaurd requires that all bareboat charters cannot pre-include captain's salary and fuel in the rental price. You will pay the captain directly on board. Refund Policy We will refund 100% of your money if: - The trip is canceled within 5 business days after the scheduled trip. - SAME DAY CANCELLATION IF there is 80% chance of rain or more (average over rental period) based on Miami Beach location. ONLY ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP. - CANCELLATION THE SAME DAY IF Winds of 25 mph or more on the day of rental. - In any other case or situation, it will be necessary for both parties to agree on a fair term. *WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY* 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
