Rental Terms & Policies By booking this vessel, the Charterer agrees to comply with all applicable charter rules, safety requirements, and platform policies. Weather Policy - Weather conditions are always monitored prior to and during the charter. - Charters operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain. - The Captain has sole discretion regarding weather-related safety decisions. - In the event of unsafe weather conditions, rescheduling or cancellation options will be handled in accordance with applicable GetMyBoat policies. No Hookah Policy - Hookahs are strictly prohibited onboard at all times. - Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. Safety - The Captain’s decisions regarding safety, navigation, passenger conduct, and vessel operations are final. - Guests must follow all instructions provided by the Captain and crew. - Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, unsafe behavior, or conduct that endangers passengers, crew, or the vessel will not be tolerated. Damage & Liability - Charterer is responsible for any damage caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear. - Any damage, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning resulting from the charter may be subject to additional charges. Guest Count - The number of guests onboard may not exceed the maximum passenger capacity permitted by the vessel and applicable regulations. Itinerary - Routes and destinations are subject to weather conditions, time constraints, waterway restrictions, and the Captain’s discretion. - Requested destinations such as restaurants, sandbars, or sightseeing locations are not guaranteed and may be modified for safety or operational reasons.
