Late arrivals may shorten the rental period (e.g., half-day: 8 AM–12 PM or 1 PM–5 PM) without refund. Late returns may incur additional hourly fees. 3. Safety Considerations • Operator Requirements: Renters must be 21+, have a valid ID, and, if born after January 1, 1988, hold a NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate (required in Arizona). Operators must be sober. • Safety Equipment: The boat includes life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and communication tools. Children under 6 must wear life jackets when moving. Renters should bring child-sized life vests. • Briefing: A mandatory safety and operational briefing is provided.
