1. Trip Schedule & Inclusions - Trips run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Includes: panga boat, experienced captain, lunch, drinking water, shade, and the following gear: - - Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, weight belt & weights - Speargun, float, and float line (if needed) 2. Safety First - All guests must be strong swimmers and comfortable diving in open water. - Spearfishing is physically demanding and carries risk. All participants must follow captain and guide instructions at all times. - Palapas Ventana may cancel or modify trips at any time due to weather or safety concerns. 3. Waiver & Responsibility - All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. - Guests assume responsibility for their safety and conduct while in the water. - Palapas Ventana is not liable for lost or damaged personal items. 4. Legal Requirements - All spearfishing activities must comply with Mexican marine and fishing laws. - Each guest must have a valid CONAPESCA fishing license before entering the water with a speargun or pole spear. - Harvesting protected species is strictly prohibited. 5. Payment & Cancellation Policy - Trips must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to departure. - Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, unless canceled by Palapas Ventana for safety/weather reasons. 6. Rental Gear Use - All provided gear (wetsuits, guns, floats, etc.) must be returned in good condition. - Guests are financially responsible for damaged or lost equipment.
