- Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required at check-in. This will be refunded at the end of your rental, assuming no damage or excessive wear to the boat. Cancellation Policy - Weather Cancellations: If the weather conditions are unsafe for boating (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, etc.), you can reschedule your booking or receive a full refund. We will assess weather conditions 24 hours before your scheduled rental. - General Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Late or No-Show Policy - Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify us. Late arrivals may reduce your rental time, but the full rental fee will still apply. - No-Show: If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and the rental will be considered forfeited. Safety & Boating Rules - Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old. - Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided for all passengers and must be worn at all times while on the water. - Alcohol: Responsible drinking is allowed on board, but excessive drinking and reckless behavior will not be tolerated. The captain or owner reserves the right to terminate the rental if safety is compromised. - Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the boat. Please refrain from smoking near the boat's interior to prevent damage to upholstery.
