50% refund up to 5 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
- All Charters will proceed to on schedule with charter unless there is an official US Coast Guard weather warning or the captain deems the water unsafe. There will be no refunds or rescheduling for light rain. - Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled prior to 5 days before the charter. Any charter cancelled within 5 days of charter is subject to 50% refund. - No pets, no shoes on deck/inside (stowed away safely on boat), no red wine, no children unaccompanied, no illegal drugs, smoking permitted on the outside of boat.
