Discounted the longer you rent and for both. I can deliver anywhere for extra $ just ask if you have any questions. Also there is a fuel charge of 60$ for 2 hour rental and a minimum of 20$ fee for delivery and pickup. If you are born after 88 you must provide proof of a boater's license.
