By booking and operating our jet skis, all renters and passengers agree to follow all safety rules and Florida boating laws. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. No alcohol, drugs, reckless driving, racing, or unsafe riding is permitted at any time. Riders under the influence will have their rental terminated immediately with no refund. Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating the jet ski. No beaching, towing, or operation in restricted/shallow areas unless approved. Renters are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability. Late returns and no-shows may result in additional fees. Safety is our top priority — please ride responsibly and respect others on the water.
