When we arrived for this evening's cruise, we were greeted with a worst-case scenario. The 30 foot Monterey express cruiser we had booked was unfit for service. But Instead of trying to get us to reschedule the same $300/hr cruiser, Will immediately and voluntarily upgraded us to a beautifully-maintained 45 ft Princess with a flydeck that cost $450/hr for the same price as the Monterey! Once we boarded, he provided continuity of serive so that my wife and I and our Shih Tzu furbaby I had everything we needed up in the spacious flydeck while he navigated from the cabin below. We were in the mood for a soothing sunset cruise down the Intercoastal, and that's exactly what we enjoyed with a skillful and courteous Captain in command.
