However, by LAW, once you book the boat we will provide a list of qualified captains for you to choose from. The owner of the boat is not allowed to collect fees for captain services, it is the renter's responsibility to hire a captain and pay him directly. Additional Charges not included in your GetMyBoat payment: 4 Hours: Captain & First Mate: $300 + Fuel Fee: $200 + Docking Fee: $100 6 Hours: Captain & First Mate: $500 + Fuel Fee: $300 + Docking Fee: $100 8 Hours: Captain & First Mate: $700 + Fuel Fee: $400 + Docking Fee: $100 Pick up and drop off will take place in a Miami River Marina. Other pick up locations are subject to an extra fee. Please arrive 15 min prior scheduled time-charter will begin at the agreed time. Great Friday afternoon boat trip!! The boat was even more beautiful in person and massive. There were only 2 of us and we had more than enough space. All the amenities were great - bathroom, lilley pad, complimentary champagne, cushion at the front of the boat. The ride from the marina to the open water takes a little bit (30 - 40 mins) so be aware that it will take away time to sight see or relax. We had a 3 hour excursion and still had time to swim but we wished we had booked for at least an extra hour to really be able to relax.

Cancellation Policy We refund 100% of your money if: 1. Trip is cancelled 5 business days prior of the scheduled trip. 2. "Unforeseen circumstances" (i.e. death in immediate family, hospitalization) . Medical proof via certificate or doctors report is required for return of deposit. 3. Bad Weather Conditions:defines as Heavy Rain/Wind/Storm. Light Rain or Cloudy Sky - Does not consider bad weather. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. Boat Breakdown: Our boat are well maintained. However, we are not protected from a vessel breakdown. In case the boat becomes unfit for the charter, we have the right to provide a replacement boat in the same class or better. In case of a boarding delay causing boat repair, renter will be compensated for the wait time.
