These captains are vetted by us and familiar with our boat. Rates do not include gratuity. What to bring? • Towels • Sunscreen • BYOB, Food & Snacks (Alcohol is allowed, but no red wine, please) • Music (Wireless Bluetooth Available) • Ice When boating with us, we ask that you treat the yacht like your own. Please no red wine or staining foods, no smoking, no fishing, no pets. We do not tie up with other boats. Swimming between two boats is prohibited. No lifeguard is on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Your safety is our priority. The charterer is liable for damages to the vessel. Weather Policy: Your hired captain will assess whether the weather conditions are suitable for departure. If there is a situation of inclement weather, we will do our best to to work with you on postponing or rescheduling the charter.

So I’ve been on SEVERAL Yachts in Chicago && This ONE By Far was the BEST Yacht Experience I’ve had in MY CITY thus Far!! The OWNER of the Boat was Super Cool we arrived A Bit late he let us Chill for an hour Extra towards the End AJ was Great as Well with the ASSIST in whatever we needed,Captain was Very Knowledgeable everything went AS IT SHOULD Thanks for The BEST Black Yacht Weekend experience I’ve HAD Can’t wait to Come Backkkk!

When boating with us, we ask that you treat the yacht like your own. Please no red wine or staining foods, no smoking, no fishing, no pets. We do not tie up with other boats. Swimming between two boats is prohibited. No lifeguard is on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Your safety is our priority. The charterer is liable for damages to the vessel. We strive to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience on our charters. To achieve this, we ask all guests to adhere to our late and no-show policy. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you and go out for the remaining duration of your scheduled charter, provided there is sufficient time left to do so. However, please be aware that the charter will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no extensions or refunds will be provided for the lost time due to late arrival. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled charter and have not communicated with us prior to the departure time, you will be liable for the full payment amount. It is essential to inform us of any delays or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges and to allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you anticipate being late or are unable to make your scheduled charter, please contact us immediately. Prompt communication allows us to make necessary adjustments and provide the best possible service to all our guests. Weather Policy: Your hired captain will assess whether the weather conditions are suitable for departure.
