Important Policies & Booking Information - We want your experience to be seamless and enjoyable! Please review the following key policies before booking: Weather Cancellations: - Bookings are not canceled for bad weather (rain or cloudy skies do not affect your booking). - Cancellations will only occur if the marina authorities officially close operations for safety reasons. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows, unless the booking is canceled at least 7 days in advance. Safety Requirements: - Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed. - Guests with heart conditions, seizures, or other significant health issues within the last 6 months are not permitted to board unless accompanied by a licensed doctor who can care for them during the trip. - A waiver must be signed on or before your arrival. Liability: - We do not accept responsibility for any personal loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during the charter. Double Bookings & Mechanical Issues: - While rare, double bookings or unforeseen mechanical issues may happen. In such cases: - We will do our best to find a replacement catamaran that accommodates your booking. - Refunds are only issued if no suitable alternative can be found. - We cannot guarantee the replacement vessel will be of higher or lower standard. - No additional fees will be charged or removed in these circumstances. Boat Upgrade Options and additional add ones: - If you choose to upgrade to a larger boat or yacht, a service fee of up to $350 USD will apply. - Food and Beverages available at additional cost. - Host (cook/clean/groceries) +500USD/Day - Jetskis add on available (prices vary) - Mooring at different Marina costs not included. - Picking up and drop off location other than home Marina require additional cost. Ground transportation available upon request. - Damage deposit required, and will be refunded 7-14 days after booking. - Water sport equipment available upon request prior to booking date.
