IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!!!! CREW FOR HIRE REGULATIONS: Our boats come with the selection of qualified Captains/Boat Operators. BY LAW, it is the renter's responsibility to pay the captain directly. Again, we will provide a the list of qualified captains. ***Captain's fee is separate from the total price*** Crew flat rate fee must be paid directly to the crew on day of the trip. - BOAT RENTAL RATES (MONDAY to THURSDAY 5th our is free) - 4 Hours $1100 - 5 Hours $1300 - 6 Hours $1500 CREW/CAPTAIN'S RATES (PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CREW ON THE DAY OF THE TRIP, NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PRICE) GetMyBoat will NOT collect payments for the crew. - 4 hours Captain Fee $300 - 5 hours Captain Fee $400 - 6 hours Captain Fee $500 Tips are welcome :) ADDITIONAL HOUR MAY BE ADDED AT $300 PER HR (IF THE BOAT IS AVAILABLE) HIGH SEASON (MARCH-AUG) PRICES INCREASE BY $100 HOLIDAYS PRICES ARE SUBJET TO INCREASE BOAT LOCATION: Pick up and drop off will take place on Miami River. Other pickup requests are subject to a fee BOARDING: Please arrive 15 min prior scheduled time-charter will begin at the agreed time. If you are late, we may not be able to provide extra time unless agreed otherwise. Read above for rates) • Ice, Water • Floating Mat CHARTER SCHEDULE: • Half Day: 4 Hours • Full Day: 6 Hours • Charter time will begin at agreed pick up time. • Between 9 and 11:30 am or 2:30 pm and later BOAT RULES: • Abnormal behavior will result in termination of the charter without a refund. • Renters must respect the boat and the Captain • No animals • No access to the open ocean • No smoking in the cabin • No paper in the toilet BAD WEATHER: HEAVY RAIN/WIND/STORM - RESCHEDULE OR FULL REFUND LIGHT RAIN OR CLOUDY SKY DOES NOT CONSIDER A BAD WEATHER. IMPORTANT: CREW SELECTION REGULATIONS !!!!! Our boats come with the selection of qualified Captains/Boat Operators. However, by LAW once you book the boat we will provide a list of qualified captains for you to choose from. The owner of the boat not allowed to collect fees for captain services, it is the renter's responsibility to hire a captain and pay him directly. Again, we will provide the selection of captains. CREW RATES (Paid directly to the crew on the day of the trip) - 3 hours Captain Fee $250 - 4 hours Captain Fee $300 - 5 hours Captain Fee $400 - 6 hours Captain Fee $500 CHARTER SCHEDULE: • Half Day: 4 Hours • Full Day: 6 Hours • Charter time will begin at agreed pick up time. • Between 9 and 11:30 am or 2:30 pm and later STANDARD ROUTES: • Pick up at Miami Beach Marina, cruise to Downtown Miami and surroundings. • Please request additional routes to calculate the price. • Other pick up locations are subject to extra cost. CANCELATION POLICY AND WEATHER: Reservations can be cancelled or changed 5 days prior the booking date. Other times non-cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions you will receive a rain check/credit to use at any later date or a full refund. BOAT BREAKDOWN: Our boats are well maintained. However, we are not protected from a vessel breakdown. In case the boat becomes unfit for the charters, we have the right to provide a replacement boat in the same class or better or offer an upgrade for an extra cost. In a case of a boarding delay causing by boat repair, the renter will be compensated for the wait time, no discount nor refund will be issued. In a case of a breakdown while on charter, the client will be compensated for the lost time, no full refund will be issued BAD WEATHER DEFINITION: • Heavy Rain/Wind/Storm • Light Rain or Cloudy Sky does not considered a bad weather.
